Thon sauce tartare

This is very quick to make ... for all of you working mothers who want to invite a few dinner friends. Success guaranteed! This should feed 4 guests. 1 tuna steak per person - choose tuna filet, the king of cut that is used for sushi, not the slice with the bone in the middle. Tartar sauce : 1/2 cup of cornichons (baby gerghins), 1/4 cup of capers and 1/4 cup of shallots. Chop and mix everything with a sharp knife or in a cuisinard.
